From the Quartermaster's Stores

Work began this week in Public Houses on Issue 2 of the Caught by the River Fanzine 'An Antidote to Indifference' which I have been given the honour of editing.  My first telephone call was to my mentor the Arcadia Quartermaster, Mr. John Richardson of The Two Terriers Press who lives in the remote district known as The Fens and who very kindly sent through a Red Cross Art Parcel to get the ball rolling.
