Kemptonarnia

Found under a gun metal grey sky this morning at Kemptonarnia, a permit for Wimbledon Park Angling Club who were founded on the 11th July in the year of Arcadia 1948.  Affiliated to the London Anglers' Association, Wimbledon Park held with NO HEMP, frowned upon picknickers  and restricted membership to no more than 80.
