This morning in parlours and kitchens across Arcadia, telescreens are being ignored, Elgar is on the radiogram, tea is being drunk Trawlerman Style, cats and dogs are being kissed and glasses of Victory Gin downed in one as Andrews of Arcadia meets Toast Travels Uptown in the first of a number of blog pieces for Toast Travels documenting Thursdays at Spitalfields Antiques Market and other adventures illustrated with photographs by my good mucker and collaborator the artist Jim Eyre. The piece also coincides with the the arrival on doormats and posting on the Toast website of the Catalogue for their Spring/Summer 2013 Campaign - 'Six Working Men' shot by the photographer Neil Gavin and featuring Old Arcadia himself.
