Advent in Arcadia continues in the Just in, Sir wing of my website with a piece of cardboard Made in Gt. The next Space Rocket from Arcadia leaves from The Social at 1pm next Saturday where, as part of the Social Christmas Market, Mr. Edwyn Collins will be playing songs whilst myself and the Empress of Arcadia will be selling Vintage Fishing Tackle for the Soul and Selected Fashion Labels and Bespokery.

The traditional end of year selling exhibition known as 'Advent in Arcadia' opened this evening after a convivival day at the market, a drive home through the rain, and a bottle of Pale Ale with the propping up in the "Just in, Sir" Room of a Counter Card from the decade the 1960's for Spratt's Angler's Bait, rendered in heavy duty cardboard.
T.H Sowerbutts & Son of Commercial Street
Once Upon a Time in Arcadia with the exception of a Thursday afternoon when they closed early, ladies and gentlemen finding themselves at a loose end on Commercial Street, in the district of London known as E1, would call in at T.H. Sowerbutts & Son, the renowned Fishing Rod and Tackle Specialist who were situated at No. 151.
Today in Arcadia it is Thursday, and soon it will be the afternoon, but this morning up until gone lunch, as on other Thursdays you are welcome to visit my stall in Spitalfields Antiques Market on Commercial Street, less than 5 minutes walk from Sowerbutts old premises. I may not be as renowned a Fishing Rod or Tackle Specialist but I do have a rather fine selection of Vintage Fishing Tackle for the Soul for sale and am always keen to meet people with memories of Sowerbutts.
