From the Cripplegate Institute

Found only a week or so ago at an auction Way Beyond the Snuggeries a Bailiff's Warrant issued by The Anglers' Association, Cripplegate Institute, Golden Lane in the district of London known as Barbican E.C and dating to the year of Arcadia 1909.
